Tpsy.

‘TPSY’ (tip-see) is a lifestyle brand owned and operated by full-service content incubator ZMG | Ruckus Factory. I was brought on board as a shooter/editor in April 2016 to work with a team of talented producers in creating a massive library of high-end evergreen lifestyle content. I since became Ruckus Factory’s lead cinematographer, a role which found me supervising the camera, lighting, and audio department, coordinating talent, as well as directing and shooting all TPSY content in-house at the Ruckus Factory Chicago studio. As lead cinematographer, I shot and edited some 200+ 45-second videos under the TPSY umbrella.

TPSY is a resource for millenials who want a smart, funny and reassuring guide on how to “adult better,” with content spread out across pillars such as health & beauty, fashion, food, cocktails, and pets. TPSY is on Facebook, Instagram, and the App Store.

Here is just a small sampling of my work across the TPSY brand.

TPSY is: Adulting Better

This is a brand sizzle reel I put together for ZMG | Ruckus Factory in May 2018 for the TPSY app on Apple TV and Roku. Featuring footage from some 200+ film shoots I directed over 2 years working as lead cinematographer for Ruckus Factory, and offering a peek at a few of TPSY’s content categories.

“TPSY’s Not Here to Judge. Just to Help”

A quick glimpse of what the TPSY brand is all about, this is a ‘Brand ID’ I put together as a teaser for the TPSY channel on Apple TV and Roku streaming apps.

TPSY Social Media Campaign 2017.

These selections highlight a Facebook + Instagram social media campaign ZMG | Ruckus Factory launched in 2017 that featured partnerships with social media influencers across different lifestyle verticals - Cocktails & Mixology, Food & Kitchen Hacks, Travel Tips, Fashion, Pets, and Health & Beauty. In addition to directing cinematography on film shoots and working directly with talent, I was responsible for creating a unique visual template and style guide to distinguish each series. I would design a custom graphics package and edit each influencer’s “story” into a piece which would then serve as a template for additional content made at scale.
